This article covers if data has to come from a drone to use Mapware.
Does my data have to come from a drone?
No. Any serial data set, with images collected in a series of close time and space progression, can be uploaded to Mapware.
You can upload any data that was collected using an automated aerial collection device (a drone, camera, or sensor mounted on a plane), any data that has GPS information embedded, or any set of images that represent an aerial data set into Mapware.
Drones are designed for exactly this purpose: collecting aerial image data. So, images from drones usually give the best results.
However, any aerial image data set is possible to process using Mapware.
