What happens if I get the following error message: "No Active Subscription"?

This article will help a Mapware customer troubleshoot the following error message: "No Active Subscription" or "Please Select Subscription"

In the event a user sees any of the above error message(s), it is likely that their subscription has expired and that they will need to renew in order to continue using Mapware.

The user can renew their subscription by following the steps outlined here: 
  1. Click View Subscription Options. A "Subscription" window should appear. This window will list all the teams associated with your account. 
  2. Click on the team that you wish to renew. All of the available subscription plans should now be displayed. Choose the desired subscription plan, then click proceed to checkout:
